Glory Be to God Ministries Inc ("the Ministry," "we," "us," or "our") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and operates the website at www.glorybetogodministries.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Please do not send health, financial, or other sensitive personal information through this website or through our online assistant. If you need to share something private, email us directly and we will arrange a secure way.

Information collected automatically

Our website is built and hosted on the Wix platform. Wix collects certain information automatically in order to operate, secure, and improve the site. This may include:

• IP address and general location (city or region level)

• Browser type, device type, and operating system

• Pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on the site

• Performance and error information

• Cookie and similar identifiers

Some text on this site uses fonts originally published by Google's font library. We confirmed directly, by tracing the network request, that these fonts are delivered through our website host's (Wix) own servers, not from Google directly — no separate connection to Google occurs when these fonts load.

Advertising measurement

We use a Google Ads conversion tag to understand whether our search advertising is reaching people. IP addresses are anonymized. This tag is configured to run only in Google's consent mode and should not load unless you accept analytics cookies through our cookie banner. If you decline, it should not run.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from our website host (Wix), from PayPal in connection with donations and purchases, from Google in connection with our advertising, from Jotform in connection with our online assistant, and from social media platforms when you interact with us there.

Our online assistant

Our website offers an automated chat assistant provided by Jotform. It opens only when you choose to start a conversation — it does not run in the background while you browse. Conversations are recorded so we can follow up on questions the assistant cannot answer. Only ministry leadership has access to them. Conversations are cleared quarterly and permanently deleted 30 days after removal.

Donations, purchases, and payments

When you choose to give or make a purchase, you are taken to PayPal's own website to complete the transaction. PayPal collects and processes your payment information under its own privacy policy — no payment information is entered on or stored by our website. We receive a record of the donation or order so we can acknowledge it and keep required records.

Member accounts

If you create an account on our site, we store the information you provide and your activity within the member area. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function are always active. Optional categories are blocked until you accept them through our cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time using the privacy settings button in the corner of any page. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money.

We do use a Google Ads conversion tag to measure our advertising. Depending on how it is configured, this may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.

You can prevent this entirely. The tag is designed not to load unless you accept analytics cookies. To opt out, click Deny on our cookie banner, or open the privacy settings button in the corner of any page and turn off the analytics category. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

If you are in the EU or the UK, we process your personal information on the basis of your consent (for optional cookies and marketing emails), our legitimate interests in operating this website and carrying out our charitable work, the performance of a request you have made, or compliance with a legal obligation.

We do not publish a testimony, prayer request, name, or photograph without permission. If you have shared something with us and would like it removed from the site, email us and we will take it down.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it. Chat conversations are cleared quarterly and permanently deleted 30 days after removal. Cookie consent records are kept for one year.

Our website may link to sites we do not operate, including PayPal. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, provide additional notice on the website.
